I just had my 3.8 turned into a stroker. Can anyone tell me out of what car can (year, model) i use the electric fans from?

the 16" universal Hayden fan in my car is more than adequate, and my 400ish HP 71 Nova was kept at thermostat temp with a fan from a 2.5 powered 86 Celebrity..

Lincoln mark viii fan if you got a front mount and taurus fan if you got a slic...

So you spent about $10K on an engine build and you are considering to use junk yard parts to protect it?

Here is an excellent dual fan kit that is reliable, and will more than do the job right for you:

Listen to Nick!

X2 its well over a 100 deg for most of the year where he is. I cant believe the dodge fans are still used. They failed in the intrepids all the time. Get a good set and have security

I have the Spal setup on my car.

She runs 190 in July, in Phoenix, in traffic during the heat of the day w/ the ac running.

LOVE IT!

Nick,

Do the fans you suggested require the casper harness? By the way thanks to all who replied to my thread.

The kit includes a wiring harness and relays.

On most of installations using this fan kit, I wire one fan to the computer and the other to a switch. Usually one fan will keep the engine at normal operating temperature. One fan will move as much air as a stock GN fan.

The second fan is on a switch for hot days, or cool down after a hard run.
