Need alternator wiring help!!!

So my alternator went out and the battery died tonight. Had to walk a few miles, get the truck and straps, and tow the car home.

The alt should be fine, but my wire to the L post broke.

Here's the deal. My lamp circuit died a long time ago and I replaced it with some wire that goes God knows where and connects to a couple resistors in line that connect to the alt. I have no idea why the hell I did this and can't seem to find out where I found the info from. Can someone help me rewire my alt?

when this happened to me, I connected the L pin to the fuel pump prime connector with a resistor in-line.

470 ohm I think. 1/2 watt
