need dp and cat

My new 86 GN has an aftermarket straight downpipe, and here in Texas we now have to pass a sniff test, so I need to buy a 3 inch dp and hi flow cat, preferably as a unit. I am open to any ideas, as I would like to do this as reasonably as possible. Anybody got anything for sale?

i got a stock set up in good shape-$60. shipped, I also have a 3" thermal coated BGC downpipe with uopgraded inconel flapper- like new $350.
