Need help finding EGT bung parts

I had some EGT bungs installed on my headers & the guy that did the work so far can't produce the cap that screws on the top & the sleeve that goes inside. Does anyone know where I can buy these?

The best thread die I was able to screw on the bung is M12x1.5.

This is what my bung looks like, but of course it is the wrong size.

I use SS compression fittings from McMaster Carr and are typically SAE threads

pic shows an 1/8" fitting but description says its a 3/16"
a std 3/16 compression fitting nut should work and you can get it in brass at local auto stores , a 3/16 tube union will have two nuts and the ferrules
stainless would be something youll need to search google for , maybe grainger

Ok, I went to my best farm store. This is the best one I could get the threads started on, it says 1/4", but only got 2 threads on before it stopped. is this suppose to be a self locking thread? I mic'ed .187" on the size of the stinger probes I have. Also, this was the die I was able to thread on the EGT bung.
