Need help fixing a harness with cut circuits

[1984 t-type]

Doing a 87 swap in my 85 and the harness that came with it has some cut wires, I traced some of them down with my multimeter just need help figuring out what goes where. The orange wire that goes to the single connector by the battery (ECM power I think) is cut at the ECM connector along with a green wire with a white stripe. Where do these go ?

Next a solid green wire and a solid violet wire coming out of the plastic shield that goes on the valve cover

A thick black wire that runs from the group of ground wires behind the cylinder head (also where the starter wires come out) over to the large 3 way connector pictured here. Does it possibly go to a ground eyelet ?

Large black wire that starts in this 4 way connector and runs to ? (Possibly a ground eyelet)
