Need Help on deciding what turbo to get.

Im looking to upgrade my turbo from the stock one. Im kinda on a budget and plan on installing the 60-65lb injectors, RJC PP, and been thinking on a TE-44. I also plan on getting a turbotweak chip at the same time as all this so he can program it all to work together. Would this be a good setup u think? I would like my car to get into the high to mid 11's someday.
Will a TE-44 bolt right up to my car with a THDP? Is a 44 and 49 the same turbo except one isnt stock appearing? or should i go bigger on the turbo. I really dont have 800-900 to spend on a turbo. After paying to have my tranny built and my new stall

havent took it to the track so im not sure.
But i did notice when i looked inside a few years ago 2 fins were broke, That didnt look good :frown:
