NEED HELP!!! on DIRECT SCAN

I just got my Direct Scan today put the floppy disk in it took the down load BUT it's not wanting to open up i beleave the disk is bad is there anybody that can e-mail it to me PLEASE thanks ROB

I had the same problem .I then e-mailed chu engineering(Kent)and he told me I have to run window 95 0r 95 through dos.My lap top was windows 2000 and would freeze.So out I went and bought a used laptop and now it runs fine.If you have 95-98 windows check the computer conection at the ecm and make sure that is clean. I this helps

Yup, can't run DS on any computer running ANY form of WIN NT. That includes 2000 or XP.

Should be OK, ME is nothing more than a different flavor of 95.
It's NT and it's dirivatives you have to avoid.

I have windows 95 but i think i'm going to update to windows 98
