I installed my new Pioneer 740MP a couple days ago. This is my first new car stereo since I was in high school and BOY have things hanged since I was a teenager!!!
I've been having a blast tweaking this and twiddling that but this morning I goofed something up and can no longer set the equalizer bands individually!
Up until I screwed things up I could set each of the 4 center frequencies in the "Low, Mid, High" ranges (12 bands total) individually now I can only set them as a group (Low, mid, high.)
ie I was able to do the following...
Freq. 40 63 100 160
Level +6 +4 +2 +0
Now when I set any of the frequencies to a particular level they all go to the same level.
Freq. 40 63 100 160
Level +4 +4 +4 +4
Same result within the mids or highs.
