For possibly 20 years now, I have used the term "Buick" when making quick references to exaggerate "big" things.....like:
"Did you see that mole on her face, it was bigger than a Buick!"
Now that I own a Buick, I don't feel comfortable with this reference. I've tried using 'Oldsmobile', but it doesn't roll off the tongue as well. What should I do?
However, owning the car does come in handy sometimes:
"You want me to fix THAT old laptop? Let's just toss it in the parking lot and run it over with my Buick!"
