Mine was old enough and stiff enough that you lay them around the intake upper, (with the plug toward the front) and they were bent just right that they aimed at the injector they were for.
I did a search and found someone had a similar question and here is what the response was: Hope this helps.

you can'y hook up the injector harness wrong. The wires aren't long enough. At least mine aren't.
Anyways, if you look at the plastic injector plug on the harness there should be a number on it telling you which is which.
OK,
I noticed the numbers scribed on the injector plugs. I didn't know that was there from the factory. I thought someone along the way did that. The number should correspond to the cylinder, right? Now that I know that, I know the injectors are in the right place.
