hey i was just wondering if anyone has any pics or diagrams on how to mount an alternator im rebuilding my motor with my dad and he cant remember how it goes any pics or diagrams will be very much apprectiated this is one of the last things i have left to do thanks

I have an 85GN which has a stock engine setup which should match yours. Pleas e-mail me if you would like my to send you some pictures. My bracked fot the altenator broke on a rebuilt and you will see the weld for the repair.

yes thank you these pictures have helped alot i was also wondering there are three sets of two wires on the harness where the alt is does anyone have any idea where they go im pretty sure there not the ones for the starter cause they would never reach and i have wires goin to it already . i took out the ac and im not to sure where they belong or if they belonged to the ac or alt
