All the Grand Nationals are in my hometown this week, and I can't get my stupid car running right! It idles at 10 in. vacuum instead of 20 in., and runs real rough. I have replaced the EGR valve, the Egr valve solenoid, the IAC, the MAF, the o2 sensor, and checked all vacuum hose connections. Is it getting too much fuel? The fuel pressure is at 38 psi with vac. line off. My injectors are 30 pounds. the intake sounds like it is sucking in a whole lot of air. The exhaust has whitish smoke, that smells like raw fuel. Does anyone have any ideas?

I found out something else about it too. I just went outside and turned the fuel pressure down, and the rough idle slowly got better. The bad part is it didn't idle perfectly smooth until the fuel pressure was at 10 psi. When I turned it back up to 30 psi, it stayed smooth until I gave it some gas. Then it was back to the way it was again. It had a little miss fire sound coming out of it too, but only when i'm on the gas. Not at idle. I checked the plugs and they look great. I don't have a clue what is wrong. I hope someone else does.

Something is very wrong. The car should't run at all with 10psi. When did the problem start? Was is when you swapped injectors? Are there any codes?

It started about 2 months ago. I swapped the injectors about a year ago. There are no codes. I think its time for a new motor!
