First what you need to do is tell us what options you have or you'll end up having to change the black appliques. Rear defrost, right remote mirror, ect. As you can see in these pics. there's several options. I do also have an nos one.

You can buy the black inserts new from Kirban for any option set up and they are dead on. When these were still available from GM they came with all option holes in them and then you added your black inserts. Here's an nos one and some of Kirbans inserts.

OHhh.. So if i bought one that didn't fit my particular car, all I have to do is change those panels then? I'm assuming, for production purposes, all the panels are physically the exact same? The options came with the little black inserts then? (makes more sense production wise)

Yup all bezels are the same you just might have to change the left or right black insert for your options. If you look close at the pic. of this new one you can see it isn't even drilled for the little Turbo 3.8 Litre emblem. Years ago you could order one for a Turbo car and it came drilled. Of coarse they dried up so later on all you could buy new was the NA Regal one like in the pic. Iv'e had several of these and I have drilled them for that little emblem. They are exactly the same as the Turbo ones.
