Need length of alternator through bolts

I need the length of the alt through bolts that hold the cases together. I am currently at work so I can't check. If someone could post the length from the end of the bolt to the top of the bolt head I would be greatful.

Part # 14050422- m10-1.5x40 alt bolt. Still available from GM. Turbofish38 can verify this.

I think from that size that is the mounting bolts, I need the length of the 4 bolts that couple the front case to the rear case between the stator.

So, I measured the bolts on 2 new units I have here. They all are about 2.72 inches from top of the head to the end.

Thanks David65, when I got home I measured mine at 2.5" from the bottom of the bolt head to the end. So that is pretty close. I ordered a chrome alt kit from a company, the drive end housing was wrong so they are sending me another one and I also noticed the bolts they sent were shorter, by about 1/2". That was the reasoning for the thread. They are telling me the cs144 alts are all the same, well I guess not. Nice guy to deal with though, metron alternators.
