Anyone know where I can send this and have it polished to a mirror shine?? and maybe how much it will cost?

You have two options, polish or powdercoated. I recently did an HPC coating on my turbo housing and it looks great.

Here is the guy I send all my polishing to, he is great.

In his photo gallery he has the covers I sent him to do.

jeff smith polishing in bowling green ky did my housing and pipes, great prices and his stuff looks great

I have polished three housings. Makes a total mess if you do it inside. I did it in my Dental Lab with a high torque lathe. Still took over 1 1/2 hours. I bell-mouthed the turbine discharge area, just after the turbine blade, cleaned up casting flaws, smoothed out anything I could.

WOW, Thanx for the good info guys!!! I'm just not sure if I have the time right now to do it myself? but 1 guy wanted $75 for a polish and $200 for a show polish and to me a polish is a polish (or it should be at least??)

Bringing this topic back to life as I'm looking to have my compressor housing polished as well. Anyone know of a place in the Northeast? Also, can it be polished so that the raised lettering stays on, or does it have to be ground smooth first?
