Need powerlogger install instructions

Does anyone have the FULL instructions for the powerlogger? Whenever I see the download available, it ends when it shows the circuit board is installed on the ecm. I need the rest of the instructions that show about the little circuit board that has the flat head screws in it. Anyone have that part?

Just mount it close by using the sticky tape on the back. Then attach the wires you are using to the screws.

There is a picture in the back of these instructions. WB is in 1, MAP signal in 2, and scan master in 7.

Some questions. Do I need the map sensor for boost, seeing as how mine's chip commanded? If it's chip commanded, isn't it telling me what the boost is? If that's true, do I need another input to tell me again?
And on the wideband, is that just the one wire I need to throw in there? What if I have a wideband gauge, does that matter?
