need rear brake help!!

looking to replace the drum brakes on my turbo Cutlass to disc. I am looking at a couple of used sets but they are for a 12 bolt with c-clip eliminators but I have a 10 bolt with c-clip eliminators. Can I buy just the bracket for my rearend or is a 10 and 12 bolt the same? Anyone know where there is a set of rear or front disc to fit my G-body? Also the car weighs 3450 and goes 128-130 in the 1/8 so I guess I should go with the solid rotors and not the lightweight kits? Thanks, Cory
