idle tps is a little high, and your IAC counts are at 0.

make sure your throttle is not sticking slightly open (a too-tight cruise control cable can do this also), then try using the throttle stop screw to close the throttle slightly. You want the TPS at idle to be .40 to .44 It doesn't sound like much of a change, but the idle control routines and stuff want the TPS under .47 or so. .42 is what "we" have picked for a "correct" setting.
