need some help identifying these two chips

just bought a 87 GN and the chip with the wire hanging out of it was in the glove box and the chip without it (which i am assuming is the stock chip) was in the ECU. any help in identifying it, and anyway to learn what might be on it?

The one with the wires coming out of it looks to be some version of a Caspers Electronics Ultra Chip. The second looks like the stock GM chip.

The second chip (without the wire and "ACXA" on it) definitely is a stock chip. Dunno about the one with the wire though…
