need some help. please!!!!

i seen a 1987 gn in the local paper,went out to see it drove it,loved it and bought it.the young man that i got it from didnt realy know anything about it,basicly drove it and tunned it up every now and then.so i got home and poped the hood and started writting down numbers so i know what i got or got myself into!this car runs very strong.well here is the parts numbers i got so far.....it has a (A/R .60 garrett and no numbers on the turbo but looks to be brand new or newly rebuilt)..(it has a maf translater that is connected to a maf sensor part#05556149291)..(injectors #3102)..(ecm has a sticker on it that says"service no. 1227148- 867774-m620562705)..(chip-55bhev)......if anyone can id these part# i would really appreciate it thanks!!!!!!
