Need some help with turbo, cam, and converter purchase..

Engine is a Std bore JE pistons 8.5:1, Steel head gaskets with ARP bolts , stock crank, center (2) billet caps, stock reworked rods with ARP bolts. Full rotating assembly has been fully balanced. Heads have been ported in int/exh area and comb chamb with stock valves and intake manifold has been port matched w/62mm Throttle body. Trans is gonna be a fully built unit with NO trans brake and stock 3.42 gears.
After pulling the intake off and looking at re setting the valve train I noticed the #6 intake cam lobe was literally chipped off. The lifter has no wear mark on it and is still riding the lobe with about 1mm per side of lifter wheel still on the lobe..?????? 206/206 comp roller with 1.55 T&D rockers
I'm in the process of pulling the cam and would LIke to know .....
1.What Roller cam would be Recommened for a low 10 high 9 sec car.
(I was leaning towards the Rev xr2 roller 210/215 from Full throttle)
2. What turbo
(leaning towards the 6262 BB unit from Precision)
3. What converter
(leaning PTC but what stall and disc count, non lock or Lock)
**This will all be going into a 3000lb (minus me) 79 Malibu
** Car has huge front mount intercooler 12x16x4 (core)
** GOing with TT chip and 80lb injectors (both alky and race chips)
** Dual intank pumps
** Large rad and dual fan setup

Maybe I put this in the wrong section but I figured I would get more responses on the "General Tech" section then any. ....anyone?
