Sam, the first thing I think I'd do when "reorganizing" your operation, is to retain an outside auditor/tax person. I'd use them on a REGULAR time schedule. That way, if/when something fishy comes up, they will alert you, and the losses can be minimized.
2 other "things"
1. Until this is cleared up, I'd take the sign in your office down.
"The problem with ignorance is it picks up confidence as it rolls along"
2. Spend less time on getting the fone sex business up and running!!!
