Need some real good pistons

Hi, Im in need of some good tough pistons such as j/e or wiseco for a 30 over 109 block. Im also in need of some real good rods. Do you use factory size or a longer rod? and i have no ideal where to buy these! Any real good combo ideals would be very much appreciated!
