I'm looking to put a remote starter in my Durango. I already have the factory alarm with keyless entry, and don't want anything fancy to add on to it. Just a remote start option. 90% of the times I'd use it would be from inside the house, so a long range isn't that important for me.

What do you guys recommend?

Try the12volt.com

They have alot of information on the various brands. I'm thinking of eventually getting an autopage settup for my GN. Its pretty low on the list though. LOL

I've installed two so far in GM vehicles and as long as you are handy with wiring it isn't too bad. Hardest part is taking all the dash components apart to gain access to the wiring. No work under the hood was needed on the installations I did.

Put a Bulldog remote starter in the wife's Jimmy last winter. Works flawlessly. www.bulldogsecurity.com

www.partsexpress.com sells Bulldog starters and has good prices and fast shipping. Bulldog also sells wiring adapters so you don't have to cut into the wiring besides for power and ground. Got one for the G/Fs Blazer but haven't got it installed yet.
