Need toughts on SC3800 issue please

A friend's 1995 Riv has a broken water fitting - heater hose to intake. It is directly under the SC snout. Here is a pic if the dangling heater hose. Sorry I don't have a pic of it's spot on the intake.

Any experience here? What are the chances of getting the threaded part out w/o snout removal? intake removal? AT ALL? If so, how did u do it?

Very common.Ive done tons on non SC cars, The broken part usually will come right out with a fat screwdriver forced into it,If not just be carefulk and break it into peices,The new one will be metal
