Just recently got Direct Scan and just replaced the o2 sensor with a heated unit by casper's. Old 02 was wasted and with the new sensor the IAC and TPS had to be reset. I have the Fuel Pressure set at 43# and boost at 23 psi. Around 4000 rpm I get fluttering and o2 reading dropping and then raising like crazy. Could someone take a look at my direct scan file and tell me what I should do. Plus this car is a dog and somewhere I am loosing the power that I have been looking for. I would really love to be able to find it.

Here is the direct scan file

And here is my setup:
87 GN- TE-60, 009's, Red Armstrong 93 chip, Maf Translator (not +) RJC power plate, 2800 non-lockup convertor, XP double pumper

I also noticed that my near idle blms are nowhere near right. Is this a setting that can be adjusted with the maf translator? My A/F ratio also drops at 4000 rpm from 12 to 9.9 which can be seen on the direct scan save.

I'm going to reduce the FP to 42# and see if this helps any. I was reading that alot of people were having problems with 009's being fat at the bottom and thin at top but I think my wot blm is a little rich too so I will adjust and re-check.

I tried to look at the direct scan file and got the "can't find this page" message. Plus, is the file in csv, rtf, or txt format? If not a lot of people (including me) won't be able to look at it.

Your up and down "fluttering" could be caused by a lot of things. Ignition module, coil pack, faulty wires or plugs, clogged or faulty injectors, or a faulty fuel pump or clogged fuel filters. Anything that causes the engine to hesitate and/or buck. I've found that the scan tools are limited in helping diagnose problems. They can tell you what the results are, but not why they happen. Kind of like Jeopardy. They'll give you the answer, but you've got to figure out what the question is.

I've had a similar problem more than once and it has been (not necessarily in this order and never at the same time!) two bad plug wires, bad MAF, bad ignition module, bad coil pack, bad fuel pump, bad fuel pump connection back under the rear bumper and clogged fuel sock.

And there are other things it could be like cam sensor or crank sensor.
Take your pick.

No I am running 110 leaded. I thought I mentioned that but I was having trouble posting last night. I re-adjusted the FP, IAC, and TPS once more and here in a little bit I will test. I will post ds files in csv from now on and I am clueless as to why my link didn't work. Seems more than the car was having problems on Friday the 13th.

BTW the car has new fuel pump, new fuel filter, new plug wires, new plugs, new turbo, new injectors, 3" ATR (Terry Houston Look-alike dp), precision front IC.

Has anyone ever gotten a tank of bad 110? I think it is Sunoco sold by my local Citgo station.

Ok the problem still exists at 42# of FP and there is just no power in the car at all. Where is the beef?

Here is a csv save of a quick 1st, 2nd gear pass leaving at 7psi. Direct Scan CSV save

The car spun just a little and then went but it just doesn't have any balls. Please help.
