I have the stock intercooler, both brackets, and most of the nuts and bolts, no shroud. Everything for $70. I am in Houston so would have to ship to CA. I can take some pictures if you like.

Thanks you guys. I actually just purchased a clean set of brackets for a good price on ebay, now I just need to find out what hardware I'll need to mount everything up.
