Supporting mods for 1.9 rockers or zzp "VS" cam?

Anyone here install either of these? Do they cause reliability issues, what all needs to be done as far as supporting mods? This would be for an 01 regal gs stock 88k miles, thanks

I haven’t done either, but I’m in the early stages of prepping a 3800 l67 for a turbo and from what I’ve researched: 1.9 rockers need new springs & retainers, while a cam needs a double roller timing chain and removal of the balance shaft. Maybe someone else will chime in.
