Hello Bill, yes it has the reservoir. The system is the the new progressive kit with the 3bar map upgrade. Reason for selling is, gonna e85. When I bought there weren't any stations around that sold it near by, but we just had new station put in. Send me your number and I'll send you photos. Everything is still in box and seal in its plastic bags
