After spending hundreds on having the body shop swap my old antenna cable with a new SS cable the damn antenna now won't power on, damn. The mechanic didn't test it after the install while it was out. I didn't have the radio to antenna cable installed so it took like 7 months to find this out.
Mechanic I trust tested and said it's dead after he installed the new radio to antenna cable.

I'll keep the original in case there's someone who still rebuilds these.
