Is it internal or external balanced?

Not a 100% sure but I think it can be use with internal or external balanced by removing the Counter balance

This is a good deal, don't think the stock pulley will bolt up to it though. A nice March pulley with the right off-set would. Fitting a trigger shouldn't be a problem.
