Come on now. A little effort people!

Yeah, looks kinda goofy. I'd at least do clear lenses with colored LED bulbs that way the rear of the car doesn't look like a stop light.

Pictures of this car have been out for a couple months.
I love it as do some other Buick people.
I would expect to see a turbo tace car version in the not too distant future.

It looks like a Dodge Folks- Very lame design IMO

I'll take the old ones Anyday- Much, Much better looking!!

the guys who fly to Germany or where ever to do these "jobs" are my hereos......
lets go test the new model in some cool place(I'm sure they will hit the autobahn),OK!! where can i sign up?

I agree the rear is fugly as hell.

In fact I almost don't like the whole car.

But that's good old GM, trying to copy off Ford.

It does look very Mustangish..................Can't wait to find one at a red light as they say down here in the south "ducks on the pond"

And as expected they will price it out of the reach of the working man. Mid-upper $30's per the article, then sit around and wonder why they can't sell them after the first intro year.

$35K in 2008 is a hell of a lot less than $18K was in 1987.

Unless the quality is crap, I'm sure GM will have no trouble selling all they can make for 3 or 4 years.

I've liked most of the concepts of the new camaro, but I have to agree, that rear end looks like a$$. Why couldn't they do like the mudstain and streamline the 60s style rearend. Hate to say it, but I like the new mustang better and I've never been a mustang fan. If I had 35k to blow and had the mudstain and camaro side by side, I'd still probably by the Z, but dang that rear is just nasty. Maybe a spoiler will help out. My first car was a 77z28, and I still have it. The mid-late 70s camaro rears looked like crap without the spoiler too imo.

Comments from the Charger Forums:

Looks like the bred a Corvette with a Chrysler Crossfire. The front is the only thing thats kind of distinctive on the care. The rear looks too much like a 'vette. Its not bad but I would take a challenger over that anyday.

An Error Has Occurred!

To me it looks like a Dodge and Mustang mated in a parking lot.

I can almost guarantee you that the amber lenses in the rear are for road legality in Germany.

If its anything like Japan, you need ambers for turn signals. This is why I saw trans ams running around in japan with the firebird rear tail lights and 4th gen camaros with really funny looking taillights that looked like candy corn laying on its side

I'm pretty sure the gm engineers know they look like buttcrack.

I guess I was looking at it from the point of paying cash for the car.
