Just got a RAZR V3. I have AT&T service. The phone see's my SIM card. I can't make or receive calls. I thought all i had to do was put the card in and charge it and it was supposed to work. My old phone works fine with the card.

it is a bad phone. Just spent an hour with AT&T trying to activate it.

Was it an ebay phone that was supposed to be unlocked? Unlocked phones can be a ball breaker if they are not totally unlocked.

yes it was. I did get it in the USA. They have good feedback and say they will make it right.
