new chip with converter/turbo?

if fueling is left alone(injectors the same as on the current chip)

and air intake goes from 3.5 to 4 in (translator)

and converter goes from 12in pats 3000 to pts billet 3200(both lock up)

and turbo goes from 60-1 to 6765bb

will i need a new chip?
am i leaving anything on the table or just much to do about nothing?

I think you may need to adjust your trans for the 4" MAF stream and adjust for fuel as a result of the quick spool BB turbo. Too bad you do not have a plus as you can pull timing down to compensate.. However to drive the car around you will be fine. Turn down the boost at first to be safe.. Hope this helps..
