new drive shaft has the wiggles

Ok...it went in tonight. Not as easy as the stock one. This one is so wide I had to keep rotating it to get the bolts to have room to thread. I went with an aluminum shaft with 3" Spicer joints. Pretty sharp item.

Anyway. I put the car up on stands under the frame so the rear wheels were just hanging loose.

Put her in 1st and let her run a bit. The front joint is rotating nicely and with no apparent wobble. The rear of the drive shaft has a slight up and down movement. I put a piece of Styrofoam to the drive shaft just between the joint and the weights in the rear and it is definitely moving up and down a bit as it would rub...then clear...then rub.....etc

Is this because the tires are off the ground and the pinion angle is off? Or is the diff yoke bent?
