Finally got around to installing the engine and I have a issue. Engine started right up and had good oil pressure. Let warm up and it was running a little rough. Took it out and it idles rough and has bad missing as it first accelerated but seems to get better and clean up the higher the engine is run. Ran it to about 10 pounds and it seemed to run fine under boost, but the low speed missing is there right off idle. All numbers on scanmaster are good with no codes. TPS .46 IAC 20. Could the cam sensor being "off" make the car run bad low but ok up top, or would it have the same miss through the RPM's?
