It could also be as small as $350 .. depends on the part
The main variable being, do you have to hire a lab to run tests. If so, the lab has to be kosher with CARB, too.
not all parts need to be lab run .. and with many parts its just a paper exercise
Wait, are you saying the sky isn't really falling?
You can't say that, it's just impossible. ......... IMPOSSIBLE they say!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Like I said before .. I could give a shit ... I won't be around to see the "AGENTS" enforcing this ..
the EPA has a long way to go to get organized.. and I have a very funny feeling they are about to get their wings clipped a bit![]()
Perhaps you Chicken Little's with all the eggs in this one basket should stop complaining here and decide unite to stop this bullshit.
The ball is in your court now, boys.
Stop whining and DO SOMETHING! Though it will become the end users problem, we, the end user, didn't create the problem with non-forward thinking technology and sitting on our asses waiting for you.
We were only trying to stay ahead of the curve, a task we never failed to complete. With or without your assistance.
That said, You guys are the BEST!
You're better than the EPA.

(from SEMA):
Thanks to the efforts of racing enthusiasts nationwide, over 100,000 signatures were collected in less than 24 hours for a White House petition demanding the EPA cancel its proposal to make it illegal to convert street cars into racecars. The administration has heard our voice, now it’s time for Congress to act. U.S. Reps. Patrick McHenry (R-NC), Henry Cuellar (D-TX), Richard Hudson (R-NC), Bill Posey (R-FL) and Lee Zeldin (R-NY) have introduced the bipartisan “Recognizing the Protection of Motorsports Act of 2016” (RPM Act), H.R 4715, which makes clear Congress’ intent to exclude competition-only cars from the scope of the Clean Air Act, including converted street vehicles. Take action now! Fill out the form below to tell your member of the U.S. Congress to support the RPM Act!

Its just a way for the EPA to
Put there hands in the aftermarket

They pay a small fine
Slide a little under the table
Life goes on for another 20yrs
Something new comes out
They put there hand out some more
How many times does this need to be repeated before you numbskulls get it?
