New fuel tank and internals

I've got a pin-sized hole in my gas tank, it looks like the padding from the straps moved and the spraps have worn a hole into the tank. So i was wondering where I can get a new tank? Since its out, I will be putting in a new pump, filter, float and hot-wire kit. What would be the best place to get these parts also? Does the tank come with new straps and padding for the straps? Im not sure what to do. Thanks a lot.
