I bought my GN about 6 weeks ago and I love the car. It rockets off the line and has more power than someone like me really needs...right now
. However, I have a situation that I think is transmission related some I'm looking for some advice or clarification. Like I said before, the car rockets off the line and runs through the gears well. However, when I'm cruising along and the car shifts from second to third (@45 mph) that's when I noticed an issue I'm hoping to clarify. If I mash the throttle as I'm in third, the car pretty much stays at @2000-2200 rpms and steadily increases mph but not rpms. I have a street chip for 93 octane and the converter, according to the docs I received with the car says it's Torque Converter # white 104260 color black, and below that it says 244-200 4 R handle 600-650 HP and then 2500-3500/2.5 torque multiplication. I just ordered a new Extender chip. LS1 Maf and translator. Any insight as to what I can do to change this so the car responds at this speed when I hit the gas?
