I have no vacuum secondaries.
Yes, the oil is coming from the back of the turbo and drain tube. I evaluated it while I was hooking up the boost guage. I fixed the turbo lights and got the yellow to light. but the gauge was bouncing like crazy just above 2lbs. I ordered the turbo install gasket kit and carb rebuild kit.

Anything to look for with the turbo drain?

Also some of the wiring for the timing controller are cut. No wornder it pinged uncontrollably while getting on the highway.

You can get a new drain from Gbody parts. I know for a fact that Brian has them in stock.

Go to Rich' site and look up the wiring for the control center. If you can't find it clean the wires off so you can see the color of them and you should be able to splice them back together, unless they go to the knock sensor. That one is a specific resistance wire and can't be damaged, and if it is then it can't be repaired properly.

As far as the secondaries go, I'd almost bet either the choke isn't releasing the secondary block or the tension spring is so tight it won't open the top plate.
