I have a brand new set of Oliver billet rods 6.650 oncenter 900.00 obo

Why did u ordered them so long ? I barely could fit my 6.5 rod in with my 3.625 crank . What kinda stroke can u run these with?

3.590? Even then, the ring pkge is into/close to the pin.
