Specs look remarkably similar to the Pierburg "360 L/hr" RM 800 pump (p/n 7.00228.51.0) also used on the Mercedes SL55 AMG. If so, this is an excellant pump, also the best price I've seen. And since TI has acquired Pierburg....hmm

I'm not sure this E3LM pump is also used on the Bugatti. From what I understand, the Veyron uses a E5LM class pump, which is brushless and brushless motors require an electronic controller.

There is a brushless motor version of this pump that is used on the Veyron and the ZR1 corvette. I have one here to play with the controller but this pump solves that problem and gives incredible performance for the money. Good job Jack, bringing this out!
