These tires are brand new, still have the blue powder on them. They are about 6 months old and have been sitting in my garage. I have pics that I can send you.

The shipping cost via UPS ground is $27 each. Box size is 24"x24"x11"

49-blues - Boxes for the tires are bigger driving the cost up even the weight is less. I checked wheel size boxes and got shipping under $15 as you said.
