New tires

Getting new tires soon. I have 16 inch weld pro stars by 8. Thinking 235-60 front and 245-60 rear. Just want a little rake for looks. Just a stree car. Any other suggestions for looks with no trouble.

Those tires figure 27" tall (front) and 27.5"tall (rear) as compared to stock 215/65-15's at 26" tall and would fill out the wheel wells nicely.

On a side note the GNX came with 245/50-16's (25.6" tall) on the front and 255/50-16's (26" tall) on the rear using 8" wide wheels.

I ran 255/50-16's all the way around on 8.5" wheels for a while in the late '80's/ early '90's.
Now I've got 255/40-17's (25" tall front) and 285/40-17's (26" tall rear).

All fit with no troubles at stock height with saggy springs.
Just some options.
