new to the buick community...need some help.

well im new to the buick community and i need some info. im looking at buying an 84 buick grand national 3.8 turbo. my understanding is they only made 2,000 of these. my question is how hard is it to find parts for this car and are the 85-87 GN interchangeable with the 84??? any advice or info would be nice.

yes its hard but if you find a nice one itll cost about 50% the cost of an 86 or 87....the 85 GN's are cheap as well, and they only produced around 2000 of these too....

i just bought an 84 for a decent price w/ 105k on it....looks beautiful but its giving me problem after problem after problem but im too much in love to let her go...sorta like my g/f....anyways if you need help with anything theres a non-intercooled tech board where ive been saved many a time....good luck and happy hunting!!!

it only has 70,000 original miles and still runs pretty good. body's still in good shape but could use a transmission rebuild. im getting it for only $2 grand. is that a good deal??
