New to the GN turbo

I just bought a 1985 GN turbo, not running. The previous owner replaced the fuel tank and fuel pump. I could see where there had been an extra coil pack laying under the hood. So I already figured it was going to be a no spark situation. I'm just looking for some help in what I should try first. I've built quite a few cars but this is my first go around with a turbo GN. Any kind of help would be appreciated. Thanks

if its a 1985 GN with out a 86-87 drivetrain post this in the non-intercooled hot air section...You will get your answers their.. welcome aboard
