New TPS

Service light on . Code 21 on SM. TPS showing 3.21v. Reset TPS to .44. Reset. ECM Everything back to normal. Took it for test run ran great came back TPS back to 3.21 at idle. Do I need a new TPS or could something else cause this?

If voltage is too high @ wot, it can cause a code 21.

@wot PL shows 3.8.

Disconnect the sensor and turn the key on. Your scanmaster should indicate the voltage is below 0.2 Volts. Then use a multimeter between the black wire and the positive terminal on the battery. You should get battery voltage. If both checks pass then your TPS is likely bad.
