Went back to rockingham dragwAY to try and improve on my last best time of 11:78. My new mods were champion heads iron. Slicks 28x9.5 instead of drag nittos. And a set of atr headers. The car feels sick on take off and first 80 ft.

Same turbo, injectors, and chip? How about weather and fuel pressure? What was the 60ft both times?

Do you have any exhaust leaks?

The header flange and the turbo's turbine exhaust housing flange can warp together. When you bolt on new header with a flat flange, you can get a leak at the joint that will kill spool up.

As mike asked, what about the rest of the run. Trap mph, 60 ft, etc.

I had the same fuel pressure and my 60 ft was 1:80's on this time and the time before. Would not changing the came hurt my bottom end power with the ported heads???

No. Bottom end come from turbo spool. Our motors would have no bottom end if it wasn't for the turbo. If it's soft off the line, its because the turbo isn't spooling. Find out why the turbo isn't spooling.

The major causes for not spooling is not enough RPM, too much fuel or a pre turbo exhaust leak.
