New wire harness install

I am trying to figure out the simplest way to route the wire harness through the passenger side to the ECM. The bolts on inner fender well are blocked by the a/c box do i have to remove the whole a/c box and inner fender well just to get this dang plug through?....

When I swapped mine, I just took the entire passenger side front fender off. No need to remove the AC/Heater box, plus I was afraid I would destroy the HVAC box if I tried to remove it. Removing the fender completely made the job relatively quick & easy.
