NEWB QUESTION ALERT! "actuators?"

Gentlemen,

I was just drooling over some turbos on Mr Cotton's website, and I see some options for "actuators" if one is buying a new turbo. Listed are a stock replacement actuator [14lb], a heavy duty actuator [18 lb] and a "no actuator" option. Now, are we speaking of wastegate actuators here, and are said actuators for use with a stock wastegate? And if so, are said actuators not needed if one is running an aftermarket external wastegate, hence the "no actuator" option?

Your correct

The stock (internal) has the flapper door setup and the downpipe will have a bellow to it. It'll just depend on your manifolds and your downpipe config.
